About This Class
**Edison Robotics After-School Club**
In this exciting hands-on club, children will explore the world of robotics using Edison robots — clever, programmable robots designed to make coding fun and accessible.
Each week, children will learn how robots sense, move, respond and make decisions. They will take part in fun challenges such as obstacle courses, maze navigation, robot races and problem-solving missions, while developing their confidence in coding, sequencing, logic and computational thinking.
The club is designed to be practical, creative and engaging, giving children the chance to experiment, test ideas, debug their programs and work together to solve challenges. No previous coding or robotics experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to have a go.
By the end of the club, children will have built key STEM skills, gained a better understanding of how robots work, and had plenty of fun bringing their ideas to life.
