ComputerXplorers South West Scotland is led by John McGill, an experienced educator and former technical engineer who has spent his career making complex ideas simple and exciting. With a background spanning several market leading technology companies such as IBM and Samsung and years of running engaging STEM programmes across local schools, John brings a unique blend of real‑world tech expertise and child‑centred teaching. His mission is to inspire young people across the West of Scotland to explore coding, robotics and digital creativity through fun, accessible learning that builds confidence for the future.
