1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Platform services, website, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Platform provides technology education services for children, including but not limited to:

• After-school coding and robotics clubs
• Holiday camps and workshops
• School curriculum enrichment sessions
• Online booking and parent portal services

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are as displayed at the time of booking and include applicable taxes
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before may be eligible for a partial refund or credit
• No refunds are available for missed classes without prior notification
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

5. Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their child, including any medical conditions or additional needs
• Ensuring their child arrives on time and is collected promptly
• Informing us of any changes to contact details or authorised collectors
• Agreeing to our behaviour policy and code of conduct

6. Safeguarding

We are committed to the safeguarding and welfare of all children. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks and follow our comprehensive safeguarding policy. We comply with all relevant child protection legislation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curriculum, and branding associated with Platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Students retain rights to their own creative projects made during classes.

8. Photography and Media

We may photograph or record classes for marketing and educational purposes. Parents/guardians can opt out of media consent at any time through the Parent Portal or by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in our care, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
